Mulethi is also used in cases of indigestion and irritable bowel syndrome to cool the stomach and to reduce bloating. Mulethi is also used in many cultures as a mouth fresher, mixed with seeds.

How to use

• 1.  Add half a teaspoon of mulethi powder in boiling water for three to five minutes. Strain and have as an infusion.
  2.  For best results, use twice a day (morning and evening)
  3. -For use as a mouth freshener and for bloating, mix a teaspoon of mulethi and two tablespoons of saunf and 1 teaspoon of ajwain and shake. Use a teaspoon of this as mouth fresher after meals
