How to use

- Use a teaspoon of moringa powder with half a lemon and a pinch of pink salt in the morning and evening
- During workouts, use a tablespoon of wheatgrass, a teaspoon of moringa powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a pinch of pink salt in cold water as an electrolyte mix, and sip on it pre, intra, and post–workouts.
