About Moringa powder

Moringa powder is a food made from the drumsticks plant (Moringa oleifera). The leaves of its plant are dried and powdered to obtain the moringa powder. It is a superfood rich in B vitamins, calcium, vitamin C, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc to name a few of the nutrients it has.
Moringa powder is good for people with low calcium, people with edema, for liver protection, for strengthening of the bones, anaemics and diabetics.

How to use

    • Use a teaspoon of moringa powder with half a lemon and a pinch of pink salt in the morning and evening
    • During workouts, use a tablespoon of wheatgrass, a teaspoon of moringa powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a pinch of pink salt in cold water as an electrolyte mix, and sip on it pre, intra, and post–workouts.
    • Can be mixed in vegetable juices, yogurt-based smoothies, and fruit juices during meals/snack time
